Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept exchanges.
Acceptable exchanges are items that have not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition and all tags must still be attached.
All sale items are final!
Exchanges must be postmarked and prepaid within 14 days of the original ship date. www.Flipsidehats.com is not responsible for missing items or packages, so we suggest you send your package insured and tracked.

For exchanges, please provide a description of the desired item, including size and color. If the item is unavailable a store credit in the amount of the item will be issued and we will contact you via email.
Your approved exchange will be processed once we have received your order.
We recommend that you email customer service to ensure item availability.
Shipping Rates and Procedures
We use USPS to ship to the US. We ship priority mail but if you would like your purchase sooner please call us for shipping details
International Orders
Flipsidehats.com is happy to ship orders anywhere in the world via USPS Global Express. Shipping fees are determined by order amount and ship to address. The receiver is responsible for all customs fees. To place an international order please call 503.272-1359 or email hats@flipsidehats.com
Order Processing
If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 pm PST it will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday it will be processed on the following Monday. Orders will not be processed on major US holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Canceling/Modifying Orders
If you have placed an order and would like to make any modifications or cancellations please make them before the order has been processed. Please email hats@flipsidehats.com for any changes.
Order Fulfillment
We are not able to guarantee items, if an item is sold out the customer will be notified immediately via email or telephone. Orders with sold out items will either be voided or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled.

Gift Certificates & Store Credit
Gift certificates will be mailed to the recipient in an envelope and may be personalized. Gift certificates may be redeemed in person or online. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue. If the purchase is less than the full amount of the gift card, the balance will remain on the gift certificate to use for future purchases. Gift certificates are not eligible for refunds.
If an item has been returned for store credit, the amount will be placed on a gift certificate. Store credits are valid for one year from the date issued and are not eligible for refunds.
